Job Description
- Performs any combination of following calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records:
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
- Typing of vouchers, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, using typewriter or computer.
- Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent, with at least 2 years experience in account payable, receivable and knowledge with SSS, Philhealth benefits.
- Good in written and oral communication
- Proficient in Microsoft application such as Excel, word and powerpoint
- Must be a self motivated and can work independently
- Team player, industrious and pleasing personality
