Senior Software Developers
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in software development and must be well-versed in the following technologies:

• Java/J2EE
• JavaScript, HTML, XML/XSLT
• Tomcat Web Server
• MS SQL server 2000 or 2005
• Web development work with Web services
• NetBeans, Eclipse or equivalent IDE
• Visual SourceSafe or equivalents like SourceVault or SourceOffsite
• OOA/OOD techniques

Experience in the following is an advantage;

• Awareness of implementation technologies such as .NET 2.0 , particularly C#
• GUI development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and ASP.NET AJAX
• UML - Enterprise Architect (see http://www.sparxsystem.com)
• SOA, Enterprise Design, Refactoring, Frameworks, Design Patterns
• Financial Industry (banking, insurance, etc)
• Office 2007, Groove 2007

Senior .NET Developers
Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in software development and must be well-versed in the following technologies:

• ASP.Net, C# .Net, VB.Net
• JavaScript, HTML, XML/XSLT
• MS SQL server 2000 or 2005
• Web development work with Web services
• Visual Studio (2003 or 2005 including TFS)
• Visual SourceSafe or equivalents like SourceVault or SourceOffsite
• OOA/OOD techniques

Experience in the following is an advantage;

• GUI development using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and ASP.NET AJAX
• UML - Enterprise Architect (see http://www.sparxsystem.com)
• SOA, Enterprise Design, Refactoring, Frameworks, Design Patterns
• Financial Industry (banking, insurance, etc)
• Office 2007, Groove 2007

Software Testers/QA
The required experiences are as follows:

• Knowledge of the processes and issues involved with the full testing life-cycle of software engineering projects.
• Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Unit and Integration Testing.
• Knowledge of web usability and accessibility.
• Knowledge of issue tracking software and the workflow / life-cycle of an issue.
• Knowledge of Visual Source Safe
• Ability to analyze and understand written software requirements documents and an awareness of general quality requirements for web and software development projects.
• Ability to execute test plans in a methodical and repeatable manner.
• Ability to report the results of tests in a form that allows the development team to resolve problems efficiently.
• Ability to restore a database, configure SQL user accounts and make simple queries using SQL Server 2000 or the later version
• Awareness of implementation technologies such as Java/J2EE, .Net, XML, MS SQL
• Knowledge of HTML,CSS,JavaScript/Jscript/VBScript,Cookies and Sessions.
• Knowledge of IIS Web server configuration
• Prior experience with one or more defect tools like BugZilla, Mercury Quality Management, Mercury Test Director and ClearQuest.
