Cashsense processes inbound, straight-through remittance transactions and existing legacy procedures and processes need reviewing and improving. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, maintaining and documenting computer applications according to the requirements of new and modified system.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years experience in developing asp.net / c# web applications
• At least two (2) years experience in a using MS SQL server 2005/2008
• At least one (1) year experience in a using Crystal Reports, CSS and Javascript
• Skills in using webservices is preferred
• Skills in web design is a plus
• Experienced in with relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
• Must be conversant with systems development lifecycle principles
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Experienced in Object - Oriented design patterns and Windows applications development is preferred
• Can work under minimum supervision

Success in capturing significant market share has created the need to further expand into international markets especially the growing, professional OFW communities of North America and Europe. Cashsense payment processing technology has also stimulated demand for related domestic based solutions in Payroll Services and Merchant Payments etc.

Although initial success has been contrived by successfully penetrating the bricks-and-mortar based remittance dominions, the online market is deemed to be ripe for a shake-up. The cornerstones of Cashsense success to date have been reliability and trust, speed of delivery and price – tenets that will be carried over to Cashsense online delivery product development.
This is likely to be a multi-faceted role with the successful applicant being expected to contribute to and, in many cases, drive initiatives including;

Internal

• Product development; development and enhancement of online services and products.
  Site development and maintenance; to ensure current, relevant and demographic-specific content.
  
• Service delivery; internal coordination to ensure management of delivery expectations.

External

• Help coordinate relationships with partners and alliances abroad.
  
• Understand and facilitate the growth of domestic businesses where applicable to online streams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A comprehensive understanding of the commercial and technological factors needed to acquire, develop and promote business lines. Specifically and crucially, proficiency in the processes of online marketing and an ability to direct resources into areas appropriate to the building of market share.

• Preferably a Degree in Marketing/Sales related discipline or Business Studies / Administration / Management, etc.
  
• Possibly a background in banking or a related financial institution.
  
• Good leadership skills and able to manage, motivate and develop a team.

Two (2) Web Developers - Temporary Assignment

This will be on a full-time basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. Must be willing to work on-site with current in-house IT team to be familiarized with the system which is strongly xsql based.

Ideal candidates must have:

• Minimum 3 years programming experience
• Very strong in HTML/CSS/Javascript/DHTML
• Experienced in XML/XSL
