Web Content Specialist

Job Description:
  • Act as a full time content specialist for various Yehey! channels Update related articles and features in the site
  • Write articles on various subjects to be placed in the website Deal with media and business partners; attend events, press conferences, etc.
  • Monitor web traffic-related metrics for statistics and content improvement / development
  • Conceptualize online promos to increase member usage and loyalty Conceptualize timely content specials for channels

Requirements:

  • Meet or complete project milestones on or before specified deadlines
  • Must possess a degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism or any related course
  • Must be internet-savvy; writing skills are a plus
  • Must be able to communicate his or herself properly
  • Proficient with MS Office; knowledge in HTML, Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Must be a team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and interact professionally with media and business partners
  • Must be creative with strong analytical and customer service skills
  • Must be proactive with a bright attitude

Web Communications and Services Officer

Job Description:

  • Act as full time services officer to oversee the various Yehey! communications and community tools (i.e. Chat, Mail, Message Boards and eCards)
  • Update related articles and features in the site
  • Deal with users and act as customer care officer addressing community problems or inquiries regarding the site/service
  • Track user-related metrics for statistics and channel improvement/development
  • Conceptualize online promos to increase member usage and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Meets or completes project milestones on or before specified deadlines
  • Must possess a degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Computer Science or any related course
  • Must be internet-savvy, with keen interest in online communities --- being an active and positive member is a great advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office; knowledge in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and IRC administration is a plus.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and interact professionally with community members
  • Must be creative with strong analytical and customer service skills
  • Must be proactive with a bright attitude
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Experienced professionals with at least four years work experience
